Words to pray for someone experiencing Anxiety

Worry, fear and anxiety are essential emotions that help protect us from danger. They trigger a physiological response in our bodies that enables us to take action and seek safety. Sometimes, however, these responses arise when no real threat is present. We may experience unpleasant and unwelcome thoughts, feelings, and bodily responses. An anxiety disorder is when these persist over time and bring significant disruption to our day-to-day lives.
