As the Ministry Resources Officer, you’ll help shape resources that equip churches with wisdom, compassion, and practical tools. Working closely with the Head of the Institute, you’ll bring ideas to life through writing, research, coordination, and collaboration—helping ensure the work of the Institute is both theologically grounded and practically useful.

Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the Head of the MHI in equipping and resourcing Churches in the areas of mental wellbeing, mental illness, and pastoral and practical care.
Assist in the creation and delivery of resources that promote mental wellbeing and support Christians experiencing mental health challenges.
Assist in the planning and execution of up to six events per year for ministry workers and Christians to increase awareness and knowledge and reduce stigma around mental health and mental illness in Christian contexts. (Please note that these events often take place in the evening).
Assist in the planning of professional development for ministry workers and Christians working in mental health and educational settings.
Assist in the management of operational and administrative tasks relating to the work of the Institute including communications, marketing, and engaging with users (including churches and individuals).
Support engagement with churches, clinicians, and the broader community to identify and understand emerging mental health trends and challenges.
Collaborate with the Head of the Institute in market research in the areas of mental health and pastoral care.
The Ministry Resources Officer will need to fulfil other duties as required by this position and must adhere to ADM Policies and Procedures.
What you bring:

Excellent written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to research, synthesise, and communicate complex ideas for a broad audience.
