ADM is pleased to welcome other organisations to use our rooms and spaces for meetings, seminars and events.
We hope you feel right at home.
A place of hospitality, in the heart of Sydney
ADM invites you to book one of our spaces - meeting rooms, large event space or lecture rooms. We are centrally located in St Andrew’s House, just behind Town Hall and St Andrew’s Cathedral.
All rooms include internet, are air conditioned, have a flexible layout and can be set up for meetings, classes, or lectures. We also have a warm and cosy kitchen available for you to use.
Our space is accessible by lift from Town Hall Station and the Wilson Car Park at St Andrew’s House.
There is a male, female, and accessible toilet on ADM’s level.
Terms and Conditions
Bookings can only be made for use during ADM’s business hours.
ADM reserves the right to cancel confirmed bookings at any time because of changes to staff availability, but will refund deposits for bookings cancelled for that reason.
All booking require a 50% deposit
Please note we are unavailable to provide AV support. So, if you would like to be trained in using the equipment in your room, please arrange training as part of your booking confirmation process.

Ensure you have a Public Liability Insurance Policy
Complete the booking form below, making sure to upload your Certificate of Currency for Public Liability Insurance.
We will respond within 48 hours to confirm availability and request the 50% deposit
Your booking will be confirmed if the space is available and the deposit is received
