This time, we’ll be asking: Can AI be wise? Christian Ethics in a Digital Age. 

Artificial intelligence confronts us with a pressing ethical question: just because we can, does that mean we should? The conversation around AI is often polarized between optimism and caution, innovation and restraint. Come and explore how the Bible equips Christians to think wisely about artificial intelligence, ethics, and human responsibility. 

AI is already shaping how we write, learn, create, work and make decisions. But just because we can use a technology, does that mean we should? 

In this session, Rev. Dr Becki Philip and Naomi Escott will help us think theologically about artificial intelligence, Christian ethics and human responsibility — and how the Bible gives us wisdom for life in a digital age. 

There’ll be morning tea, a short theology session, time for questions, an alumnae panel, and space to connect with others in the Mary Andrews College community.
