Director, Program and Partnerships

As the Director of Program Parnterships, you’ll lead the operational and relational aspects of ADM’s grants and funding program, and oversee the delivery of ADM’s key initiatives focused on compassion and mental wellbeing. You’ll work closely with the CEO and executive team to shape strategy, design and mature new programs, and foster meaningful partnerships across sectors.

Dean of Education, Mary Andrews College

As the Dean of Education for Mary Andrews College, you be responsible for the coordination, management and innovative design of the academic offerings of the College (accredited and unaccredited) including course and unit creation and approvals, lecturer engagement, student academic support, and overseeing theological training and events delivered in conjunction with ADM.

Student and Community Engagement Manager

The Student and Community Engagement Manager is seeking a dynamic person to oversee the full student lifecycle at Mary Andrews College, from welcoming new students to engaging with alumnae. This person will ensure our students have a high-quality, holistic experience that integrates academic support, pastoral care, communications, and community building.

The role also manages and develops initiatives to grow student enrolments and strengthen relationships with future students at the direction of the Principal.
