Announcing the 2025 WIMSS Grantees

It is always a joy to read the applications and hear about the many ways God is using women to do his work.
— Mary Un, ADM's CEO

ADM’s Women in Ministry Support Scheme (WIMSS) recognises and supports women who are doing valuable work for the Lord. Women in ordained or lay ministry, both paid and unpaid, apply for small grants of up to $2000 to fund four core areas: professional development and ministry training, ministry resources, startup costs for new initiatives, and maternity leave assistance for those in ongoing ministry roles. The scheme also offers grants of up to $1000 for women who are completing theological education, providing encouragement to women as they pursue God's calling.

ADM awarded 26 women with grants to support them in their ministries in 2025.

Mary Un, CEO of ADM, delights in all the ways that applicants are serving the Lord: “It is always a joy to read the applications and hear about the many ways God is using women to do his work.”

This year, ADM has seen new and creative ways that women are serving unmet needs around them. The funding is buying Bibles and paying set up costs for a community BBQ for evangelism ministries, investing in commentaries for Bible Study writing, paying fees for online tools and memberships for kids and youth ministries, and covering equipment costs for playgroups and kids club. WIMSS money is also being invested in professional development, so that women who want to upskill or deepen their faith can attend courses and conferences, including two who are travelling overseas.

ADM celebrated these women at a Women in Ministry Dinner, in January 2026.

These women are serving the Lord with passion and faithfulness, and we are honoured to support them.
