Jacinth Myles

Jacinth Myles has been a Christian for over 65 years. She was a primary school teacher before she began her ministry training at Deaconess House 50 years ago. Since then, she has ministered in nine parishes and currently serves at Sadleir parish. Chaplain to many deaconesses and some retired female deacons in NSW, Jacinth enjoys sharing time with God over a cappuccino and a ham and cheese pocket each morning at McDonald’s. Jacinth is an active fan of Scrabble, crosswords, local theatre and watching and reading mysteries; she is also pleased to be able to support her 96 year old mother.
