Pastoral Care Worker, Wollongong
Ms Julie Philpott will commence as a part-time pastoral worker with Shellharbour Parish in the Wollongong region thanks to the provision of a three year grant from ADM.  Ms Philpott is compassionate experienced counsellor with theological qualifications who is most suited for this ministry.

Julie will work alongside other staff and volunteers with a particular focus on the emergency outreach program.
   
Christian Leaders Training College
In partnership with Overseas Council of Australia, ADM is funding students with families, studying at Masters level for a two year period; commencing 2012. A scholarship for a single female for two years is also proposed. In addtion, the Grant will provide capital for the building of homes for students with families. 
The Training College is strategically located in Papua New Guinea and was established in 1964.
   
George Whitefield College, South Africa
ADM has provided a grant for Miss King to travel to George Whitefield College, South Africa, where she will act as a consultant and teach Women's Ministry during their third term. She will also speak at two African women's conventions in July and August, 2011. Sarie King was Dean of Women at Mary Andrews College 1991-2007. 

Since 1989, George Whitefield College has been educating men and women from varied denominational and ethnic backgrounds in under-graduate and post-graduate Christian studies.  The founding Principal and two presiding Bishops were Sydney Anglicans. The current Principal, David Seccombe, trained at MTC.

Ridley College
ADM partners with Ridley College in Melbourne by co-funding its Dean of Women for a three year period.  Founded in 1910, Ridley trains women and men for mission and ministry with current enrolments totalling 44% women.  The new role of Dean includes promoting women's ministry in Australia and development of female Christian leaders. 
  St Georges Region
Commencing in 2009, ADM partners with the Sydney Diocese by co-funding cross-cultural ministers to engage in evangelism and to encourage, train and equip others for cross-cultural ministry within the Georges River region and beyond.
   

City Bible Forum
ADM part-funds the City Women's Evangelist working for City Bible Forum (CBF) in Sydney. Operational since 1991 and now located in five states across Australia, CBF (formerly known as ECOM) shares the gospel with CBD business communities through teaching, events and other strategic initiatives.
